In the last 5 years @haringeylibrary have lost 30% of their book stock, this isn’t due to routine weeding/stock management it’s due to budget cuts and a lack of focus.

Library Workers are paid & trained to run them.
The 1964 Act makes no provision for alternatives such as volunteer-led etc.
