My upcoming article calls for introspection and policy reforms to strengthen transparency, accountability, and faith in the military justice system. An alarming trend has emerged where inquiries are allegedly prolonged, manipulated, or misused to target honest officers and soldiers, damage reputations, stall promotions, and force years of litigation. National security and military discipline cannot become shields for denying transparency, accountability, and natural justice. Soldiers are citizens in uniform and are equally entitled to constitutional protections and the rule of law. The time has come to ensure: ✔ Transparency in proceedings ✔ Mandatory disclosure of records ✔ Strict action against procedural violations ✔ Accountability for abuse of authority ✔ Protection of whistleblowers Justice strengthens discipline.
