Nyamgondho son of Ombare was an Omuturi. Awaturi or the blacksmiths were the original people in the present day Gwassi, Karungu and parts of Ndhiwa. They are the people who built the @UNESCO's heritage site called @museumsofkenya's Thimlich Ohinga.

For the very first time in Kenya's history, there is a Suba dance which will be domiciled @Bomasofkenya. Dubbed Owukire, which means victory, it is a celebratory dance that tells the migration tale of the Abasuba community!
