For as much sadness as yesterday brought, yesterday’s silver lining is that CNMs in CA no longer have to seek permission from a physician to practice. A decades-long law is now changed. It’s the right thing, & long overdue. Thank you @GavinNewsom for signing #SB1237 into law.
