1) Why? #Halloween was/is NEVER an issue for me.
2) Most in nation pushing for moving it say last Saturday. #Utah would differ.

Today’s grand reopening of California is great news for families, students, and businesses. It’s time we fully take back control of our lives by ending Governor Newsom’s #OneManRule and passing #SCR5 to terminate his emergency powers.
Newsom said he would re-open the state on June 15. In fact he made a big deal about it.
Now, he says he will NOT lift the state of emergency order on June 15 because “we're still in a state of emergency”.
Time for the legislature to pass my SCR5 and put an end to this.
