So I get a bot call from #shawdirect now unfortunately owned by #rogers
Says my payment is late. I check my payment records. It’s paid. Rechecked my emails. Shaw email says I only owe for September.
Was it a fake call, or incompetent Rogers?😜
Rogers is reportedly down for many subscribers currently. Are you one of them? #Rogers #RogersDown #RogersHelps #ShawDirect

been a #ShawDirect (now #Rogers ) customer for 20+ years. now i need a hardware upgrade and they want ME TO PAY FOR IT. not bloody likely. i'm on hold with the guy right now and he's going to 'see what he can do.' they know i have options right?
#shawdirect pure crap for “customer service”. Waited 1/2hr callback, dropped call, didn’t call back. Sucks ass!!
Got a new box installed yesterday with #Shaw. Got a new remote and have to say it’s garbage. The buttons are not easy to pick and the directional buttons almost cut into your thumb. Not impressed. #yeg #ShawTV #shawdirect

why would #Shawdirect satellite make me wade through 5 mins of voicemail hell BEFORE they tell me their office is closed?
#sportsnet #canucks #oilers broadcast play by play out of sync on #sportsnetpacific channel 304 on #shawdirect John and John delayed by at least 2 to 3 seconds. Anyone else see this?
I was in a movie.

Just a shout out to #shawdirect #shaw for jacking their/my bill from 102 dollars a month to 122 in less than 3 months. In these times of #covid19 Shaw jacks their rates up. Fantastic eh? #notacaringcompany

Does not care about customers
So instead of the Ironman World Championship being recorded, I get a Humana and Dr. Ho infomercial?Good job @ShawDirect, @nbc and @local4. Incredibly annoyed right now. This is only aired once a year! #nbc #ironmanworldchampionship #shawdirect
Just a reminder with big shake up in channel numbers on #ShawDirect @TheRuralChannel is now on Channel 454.
@ShawDirect I have been on the phone with your company for 3 hours. This is absolutely unacceptable. You can’t expect people to continue supporting your company when your service is so awful. Not even Rogers or Bell would do this to their customers. #shawdirect #notahappycustomer
Disappointed my #Canadian TV provider #ShawDirect isn't listed as a VOD provider for @longgonewild.
What's up @shawdirect? You have an audience for this film. Canada just banned cetacean captivity months ago, and this important documentary picks up where #Blackfish left off.
BIG DAY! Long Gone Wild was released today on all VOD platforms - for rental/purchase information please go to https://t.co/8iamEoPxhe - click on the Watch tab. Re: cable networks - go to the "on demand" sections to find the film. Please spread the word and let's save some orcas!
I have always gotten this channel and now it’s a free preview #Shaw says I am not subscribed #shawdirect
Thanks @ShawDirect for not getting back to me with your “live chat troubleshooting” service. Customer service is non-existent. #topshelfservice #shawdirect
