Ok @SHEIN_Official Ive always been happy but I’m totally upset I ordered a dress for an event that still hasn’t shipped cause you want me to verify I paid when I paid you??? What is this? I can’t get ahold of any customer service people either! This is crap! #sheinfail

@SHEIN_Official Your system defaulted to my old address at checkout, and now my order is gone. Customer service refuses to help, saying it’s my fault for not double-checking when it wasYOUR system’s error!So I lose my money,and you do nothing?Unacceptable. #SHEINFail #moneygrab
