💡Pojawiło się coś nowego w świecie #bittensor.💡 Grupa Templar uruchomiła nowy subnet #SN49 o nazwie Nepher (emisje zostały aktywowane w dniu wczorajszym). Subnet będzie się zajmował koordynacją działań z zakresu robotyki. Będzie działał jako skalowalna warstwa koordynacyjna, która łączy różnorodne zadania robotyczne z uczestnikami rywalizacji. Innymi słowy dane pobierane z czujników będą przetwarzane przez modele AI i używane do koordynowania pracy maszyn, a może i wzajemnej komunikacji. W jakim stopniu? Tego się zapewne dowiemy za około 2 miesiące jak zostaną udostępnione pierwsze dokumenty. Zespół posiada wiedzę specjalistyczną z zakresu robotów lokomocyjnych (platformy transportowe i roboty autonomiczne, które mogą samodzielnie wykonywać zadania związane z transportem materiałów, paletyzacją czy montażem części) oraz robotów czworonożnych (wykorzystywanych np. w energetyce do inspekcji i zadań konserwacyjnych). Very sad to see #sn49 dereg soon. A team with a VERY active discord (5th most active based on number of team member messages in the last 30days), still making large code commits, all-in-all one of the most active subnets. Contrast with the 30+ subnets with 100% miner burn. Contrast with the 30+ subnets with no team member message in the last 30days. Contrast with the 40+ subnets with no repo updates in the last month. Maybe this is part of bittensor's growing pains, if it is, I can't wait till we actually dereg some subnets that are producing nothing and unlikely to have plans to produce anything (like #sn90, #sn78, #sn69). But those still seem a long ways off from being dereg'd at this point.

Some clarifications for those who want to understand what #polariscloudai is really building. This subnet is absolutely not a scam. It’s backed by real research and driven by a highly motivated team committed to moving the project forward in a serious and structured way. #SN49 is not competing with Lium, it actually complements it. The two approaches are different but perfectly compatible and even synergistic. With that in mind, disqualifying this subnet would clearly be unfair, as it dismisses the effort, vision, and value it brings to the ecosystem.

Polaris being a pure commodity play (compute) has a hard battle to offset cost with revenue. Compute is expensive and the margins are low. Until they can beat or subsidize net flow sufficiently they are out-competed on chain by neutral subnets (doing nothing, spend 0 return 0). However, there should be easier ways for holders (who can measure vibes and drive) to help teams like this, over others i.e by not selling root dividends automatically. We are introducing those mechanisms right now.
