#عسفان_فواتير_بلا_نت_stc_1 #STCcare بقول لكم قصتي مع هالشركه قدمت على طلب فايبر لي الحين شهرين ماشفت شي وكل ماتصل على خدمة العملاء يقولون انتظر بدون تحديد لمدة الانتظار. المهم قلت لهم طيب علموني كم انتظر.. شهر. شهرين. سنه.عشر سنين علمووووني لا تخلوني لاني مقيد ولا مفكووك

شكراً شباب العنايه بخدمة العملاء #STCcare اخيراً تنفذ طلب تحويل الخط من جود 2 الى تلفون 45 ريال بعد شهرين من المطالبه الموضوع كان في كبسة زر فقط لكن قدر الله وما شاء فعل ، حاولو تكونون اكثر تجاوب وسرعه في إلغاء الخدمات كما هو الحال في الإشتراكات 🌹
