This is great to hear. All this week the @ngcproject is participating in an NSF-funded workshop put on by @UofA discussing equity within digitally-delivered, studio-based STEM learning environments (aka. "makerspaces")! Follow that conversation using #STEMequityB2.
@ngcproject A7: I love seeing the emergence of "makerspaces" at museums and libraries -- "making" is interdisciplinary across STEM and the arts (STEAM) by its very nature. Also allows the maker to instill personal meaning. #LeapWeek #LeapIntoScience
