ミトコンドリアDNAシグナルは炎症経路を活性化し、アセチルCoAはエピジェネティック制御を介してSASP遺伝子発現を強化します。
🎯 SLC25A1を標的とした炎症制御
ミトコンドリアのクエン酸輸送体SLC25A1を阻害すると、SASP関連領域のクロマチンアクセシビリティが低下し、炎症反応が抑制され、老齢マウスの健康寿命（healthspan）が改善されました。
本研究は、代謝・エピジェネティクス・炎症を結びつける「ミトコンドリア代謝チェックポイント」を示し、加齢関連炎症の制御に向けた新たな知見を提供します。
