The Rivers of America is a tribute to Walt Disney’s vision of celebrating the American frontier spirit. Designed as a centerpiece for Frontierland, it evokes the Mississippi River and the era of steamboats, connecting guests to an adventure in the formative period of U.S. history. Bulldozing it would erase a link to Walt’s original intent, prioritizing a park that focused on storytelling over mere thrills. The Liberty Belle Riverboat is one of the few attractions that directly channels Walt’s nostalgia for Americana. We need to keep these links to Walt.

The Liberty Belle offers a truly realistic, immersive experience that caters to all ages, especially younger kids and older guests. This is rare in modern theme parks, where high-tech thrill rides dominate. Removing the river means scrapping this, narrowing the park’s appeal, sidelining guests who need slower-paced adventures, and throwing off the park's balance. We shouldn't lose this.
