The Ministry of gender labour and social development will retain the Uganda Women Entrepreneurship Programme (UWEP) and Youth Livelihood Fund (YLP) programmes for proper monitoring and implementation.

#saveUWEP has yielded success. The affirmative Action funds including Uganda women empowerment program has been retained by the ministry of gender, labour and social development and not emerged for the parish development project.
