Flew a few days ago from Delhi to Mumbai. 2 hours delayed flight.
Paid 1300 rs extra for priority baggage which was one of the last to arrive..nobody at the Mumbai SJ counter to even help. Never travelling again #SayNoToSpiceJet

21 days have passed but there is no update from @spicejet customer relation. The response I have received so far very discouraging and dismal. This airline is quick to take money but takes weeks to share the ETA for refund. All I hear is ‘we are working on it’. #SayNoToSpiceJet
@flyspicejet I raised complaint 10217838 for money deducted but no booking on 7th Nov 2022. Shared transaction details very next day. It has been 16 days since then but your customer relationship executives are least bothered to respond with updates. Worst experience so far.

Worst experience at airport today.
Boarded a flight from New Delhi to Amritsar with @flyspicejet from the gate which says Indigo and destination Pune.
No announcements made by the staff and very irresponsible and rude behaviour.
