I am traveling on Mas Hwh Mail(12840;pnr:4563463520) & according to the pantry persons,egg dinner meal will cost Rs 160 if i want quality or else only Rs 90 if quality is compromised. Rs90 is the standard price acc to IRCTC.This i have got in Rs90

Issue : I ordered, and then they send me a link for payment. But i didn't receive any link . They were trying untill a lady comes and says "just leave".
Is this the way to deal with day customer??
