What are carbon markets and are they effective in reducing greenhouse gas emissions?
India is the third-largest carbon emitter in the world and is just now warming up to the idea of putting a price on carbon dioxide emissions. India is behind 40 countries and more than 20 cities
states and provinces that have already implemented carbon pricing schemes.
This covers about 13% of annual global greenhouse gas emissions, as per the World Bank. China, the world’s largest carbon emitter, embarked on the largest carbon emission trading system in July 2021.
India-Vietnam Trade Relations
Apart from the Defence and security collaboration, both the countries share the trade and commercial ties. Bilateral trade has increased from USD 200 million in 2000 to USD 14.14 billion in 2021-2022.
It has increased 27 percent in the fiscal year 2021-2022 alone. India’s exports to Vietnam have also increased by 34 percent whereas Indian imports from Vietnam witnessed an increase of 21 percent

New WHO report on assistive technology for disabled provides a roadmap for India
The World Health Organisation (WHO) and (UNICEF) jointly launched the first Global Report on Assistive Technology (GReAT) on May 16.
Physical products such as wheelchairs, eyeglasses, hearing aids, prostheses, walking devices or continence pads;
– Digital products such as software and apps that support communication and time management; or
3) Focus on your optional.
No matter if you pass or fail these 3 things will not let u regret even after the prelims result.

Hello Students,
Finally the prelims is over and so is the stress of the exam. My humble request to not get into vicious cycle of checking different coaching answer keys. Many answers are wrongly marked and many copy paste from each other and send it directly. Read the thread
This is the harsh reality of UPSC coaching sites, Its no harm to do it but to reduce your expectation and disappointment I would suggest 3 things:
1) Start preparing for mains because in any way the result of Prelims will be out in a few days
2) Strengthen your answer writing
