What about Shasta, which $MPW presented last year in August 2022 as a "successful" operator transition. What did they say there? By the way, for background the participation was originally negotiated in conjunction with a package of concessions granted by $MPW, including an additional $20 million working capital loan to Prime (another one!) as the new operator.

92 days & counting since #FraudBags & #Scamner disclosed the @SECGov had compelled $MPW to publish the @Steward annual report. 311 days since Steward year end! MPW master lease (S39.6) - requires Steward accounts. Yet, MPW managed to finance the ABL blind (allegedly)! $BSAG.
