So Bihar has around ~15% upper caste and among them only ~25% are poor means only ~3.75% of population but EWS, which is only for UCs, is 10% ... Basically ~6.25% extra. This is the loot at expense of other caste people who actually deserve more reservations. #ScrapEWS
