Belgium refused to extradite him for a reason—they don't trust Rwanda's politicized "justice" system. If these courts were so credible, why did they ignore RPF massacres of Hutus, which some sources estimate killed hundreds of thousands ?
Your claims about his role at CIMERWA ? Baseless smears. Witnesses like Bapfakurera Jean ? Cherry-picked from #ICTR trials that focused on others, like Munyakazi. No direct evidence ties Sebatware to ordering killings—he was a manager, not a militia leader.

Recently, I read Denise Zaneza’s posts and as the daughter of genocidal fugitive - Sebatware Marcel, I can understand her sentiments for her father and other relatives who have been hiding for decades in a miserable status. @RwandaInBelgium @dzaneza
However, denying facts of Genocide and making false allegations is another level of hypocrisy and selfishness.

Who is Sebatware - the father of Zaneza Denise?
Those who lived in Rusizi District,formerly Cyangugu Prefecture in early 1990s, the memories of Sebatware Marcel as the Director General of CIMERWA - Bugarama are still fresh.

Sebatware was born in Mukingo Commune, Ruhengeri Prefecture which was known for breeding powerful and influential people of the Genocidal regime including Minister of Commerce and Industry, Nzirorera Joseph.
Sebatware is also
the brother-in-law of General Nsabimana Deogratias who was chief of Staff of the former Rwandan armed forces. General Nsabimana is well known for signing a hateful document in September 21, 1992 in which he identified the Tutsi as enemies of the country.
In 1994, Sebatware was a member of the extremist Coalition for the Defense of the Republic (COR), and after the defeat of the genocidal forces by RPA/F, he escaped to Belgium through DRC.
While in Belgium, Sebatware has been one of the extremists who disguise behind political actions to hide his criminal responsibility in the #Genocide committed against the Tutsi.
He is one of the founding members of a radical FDU-Inking group in Belgium and among the leaders of terrorist groups grouped together in P5 which pursues genocidal ideology and regime change in Rwanda.

Sebatware is a notorious genocidaire who was tried and found guilty of genocide committed against the Tutsi in 1994 in Rwanda by the Gacaca courts, but he escaped the arm of justice which makes him a fugitive criminal. @RwandaProsecution
Upon his appointment as head of CIMERWA, Sebatware Marcel hastened to place in positions of responsibility people from the north of the country (Ruhengeri and Gisenyi) with whom he shared Tutsi hatred and the Genocidal ideology. It was a general strategy used by the regime to place Hutu extremists in key positions of the administration, including state-owned enterprises and tea factories in preparation for the genocide.
Renowned public institutions such as SORWAL, ISAR, UNR, Rwanda Social Fund, National Bank, and many others were used in the Genocide Against Tutsi in 1994.
The heads of CIMERWA departments persecuted the Tutsi who were part of the staff, arguing in particular that they were accomplices of Inkotanyi.
During the judgment in absentia of Sebatware Marcel before the Gacaca court in #Muganza, on January 3, 2008, these facts were adequately documented.
For example, witness Bapfakurera Jean, a former @CIMERWA employee, said in the Munyakazi trial at the @ICTR that he saw Interahamwe militiamen regularly from #Bugarama, in uniform and armed, both with firearms and swords. He had notably saw the great militia leader of Bugarama Munyakazi Yussuf.
It was these same Interahamwe from #Bugarama who attacked @CIMERWA on April 16, 1994 and exterminated the Tutsis who had sought refuge there.
On September 28, 2011, the @ICTR Appeal Chamber sentenced Yussuf Munyakazi, an accomplice of Sebatware Marcel, to a sentence of 25 years of imprisonment after being found guilty of genocide and crimes against humanity (extermination).
Therefore, Zaninka should advocate for justice and let her father face justice and be held accountable/face the consequences of his inhumane criminality instead of creating lame excuses against the leadership which is trying to repair the damages caused by the same Genocidal regime she is trying to protect!

The inflation rate reached its lowest level in history 3.2%, interests rate have been significantly reduced, the unemployment levels are declining, among other milestones.
