एक थानेदार है नाम है #Deepak_Panwar, साल 2018 में इस पर दुष्कर्म का आरोप लगा और @DCPEastDelhi के थाना मधु विहार में मुकदमा भी दर्ज हो गया।
मामले को लेकर सवाल उठे तो जांच @CrimeBranchDP को सौंप दी गई और थानेदार का नाम #SecretList में शामिल कर लिया गया।
इसका मतलब होता है कि आरोपी को संवेदनशील जिम्मेदारी और पोस्टिंग दोनों ही नहीं मिलेंगी।
जिसके बाद एक खेल शुरू हुआ और 2021 में अपराध शाखा के होनहारों ने अदालत को बताया कि थानेदार के खिलाफ सबूत ही नहीं मिला है।
लेकिन कोर्ट को शायद समझ आ गया कि #होनहार_हुनर दिखा रहे हैं, लिहाजा स्वतः संज्ञान लेकर आरोपी थानेदार को बतौर अभियुक्त सम्मन कर दिया।
लेकिन वो सेटिंग ही क्या जो रास्ता ना निकाल सके? साल 2024 में इसका नाम #SecretList से हट गया, जबकि अदालत से राहत मिले बिना ऐसा संभव नहीं था.
सूत्रों की माने तो शाखा में तैनात एक थानेदारनी ने इस मामले में भरपूर सहयोग दिया और अदालती दस्तावेज महकमें की फाइल तक पहुँचने ही नहीं दिए !
यही वजह रही कि आरोपी को साल 2024 में @DCPCentralDelhi के #PS_IPEstate में पोस्टिंग मिल गई.
कहानी में फिर से ट्विस्ट आया और मामले की शिकायत #Vigilance तक पहुँच गई, जिसने अपराध शाखा में रिपोर्ट मंगाई और 15 जनवरी को आरोपी थानेदार का नाम फिर से #SecretList में डाल दिया।
लेकिन आरोपी अभी भी #IPEstate में ही तैनात है और खास बात यह है कि अपराध शाखा के उन होनहारो पर भी कार्रवाई नहीं हो रही है, जिन्होंने थानेदार का नाम #SecretList से हटवाने में सार्थक सहयोह किया था!
यह ठीक है कि कुछ मामलों में #Vigilance वालों की भी आँख लग जाती है, लेकिन शायद केवल ऐसे मामले में जहां आरोपी IPS अफसर हो और मामले की जांच शंकर बाबू की तरह MHA के आदेश पर ना की जा रही हो!
अब यह मत कह देना कि #Vigilance में भी #होनहार_हुनरबाज काम करते हैं!
