We found many examples of good practice across the Cwm Taf Morgannwg region, where professionals from health, social care and voluntary organisations provided support for parents with young children. This is a great foundation to build on.

Parents were clear that they wanted local services where they could talk to someone about their relationship with their baby and get good advice. The biggest fears amongst parents were being made to feel like failure or of being judged.

Parents told us that the quality of the relationship of parents with their baby was amongst the most important.
