I have collected many red flags against this project. Some Agent0x has a cabal KOL team and they launch vaporware utility projects one after another.

Its a SCAM run by Zero1 Labs $DEAI anonymous founder pseudo named 'Agent0X'.
Both @seraphnet website and fjord foundry fundraiser link mentions 4 people as team members.
When asked they denied working at Seraphnet and the 'CTO' himself called it a SCAM.

Duyuruyla birlikte $DEAI ’nin fiyatı 0,55$ seviyesinden 0,75$’a kadar yükseldi.
Proje, aynı zamanda Cypher Testnet 2 için de bir durum güncellemesi paylaştı.
Paylaşıma göre şu ana kadar Cypher:
- 138+ GB toplam FHE şifreli veri işledi
- 7000'den fazla kullanıcıya ulaştı
- 2.35 milyon blok oluşturdu
- 5 milyon işlem gerçekleştirdi
- 2705 şifreli token oluşturdu

They clearly mention while chatting that Team for Seraphnet and $ZENO is the same.
Seems like they both were promised #Seraphnet presale tokens as well.
He also shilled $ZENO at that moment on his twitter on 23rd Oct.
@zachxbt this is an entire nexus of frauds, and not just meme coins, there orchestrate entire utility projects. Please look into this.
So this proves all three major points I made in the first thread exposing $DEAI and #Seraphnet.
1. The team they were portraying as current team does not work there any more.
2. Agent0x is the guy running this nexus of shell vapourware projects of $DEAI, #Seraphnet and #ZENO
3. $ZENO was a pump and scheme orcastrated by @zero1_labs (Agent0x) under the banner of @seraphnet.
Their Ex CTO Piotr Malicki just exposed these point on Linkedin post.
Other team member also says he doesn't work at #Seraphnet.
So $DEAI is trying to raise fresh $2.8M for a project which doesn't have a team. And @zero1_labs team it already anonymous.
Actually $DEAI , #Seraphnet and $ZENO, all three are run by two main guys only, Agent0x and Olexiy Fedorov

Piotr told that this Agent0x running @zero1_labs $DEAI was the one behind ZENO scam as well.
For those who don't know, a few weeks ago #Zero1Labs via #Seraphnet created a $ZENO AI Agent/meme coin and rugged it after few hours,
later deleted all tweets which mentioned $ZENO
After rug pull they took down the twitter handle @zenoofcitiumai as well to remove all traces of it.
Now they want to raise $2.8M via $DLLM tokens.
