Cars, pedestrians, and bicyclists need to be able to see one-another. Parklet structures should be highly visible to other users of the road and should not block the visibility of traffic signals or warning devices. #sharedspacessf #parklets #VisionZero #daylighting #roadsafety
Parklets should be transparent over 42 inches above the sidewalk level. You can check with Fire Dept staff to make sure your site meets visibility requirements.
