Could the #shortservice cadre offrs,ask the govt through "Law of equality" That how a X-NDA,ACC,SUO,DE fit to serve in the org as PC offr,by performing on similar or much mediocre level & not the SS offr? How a "C" grading ACC,SUO,NDA,DE with mediocre ACRs fit to resume?

Sir,anything done wrt pending reforms since decades of Short service cadre? Or it is mutual understanding between the IA top hierarchy and MOD to keep exploiting the youth,keep the justice pending as late as possible? @PMOIndia @narendramodi @adgpi #shortservice #ARMY

Respected competent authority, please look into the #shortservice terms of employment ,every year many offrs are loosing on to well deserved secured and respectful exit and life. If nothing else atleast please get the 7th CPC recommendations of one year IIM,2 YR IIT implemented.

Under the present circumstances, SSC of 14 years certainly is long to be called #ShortService; Either such cases should have social support for re-employmennt or the period be reduced to 5years as https://t.co/uOyCW8Of16 is very difficult to adjust to another profession in mid30s
