Also helps with flexibility: I am still in #ShoulderSurgeryRecovery PT and making excellent progress.
Other useful properties: good for hair, nails and kidneys apparently. Since I don't have problems with those, I tend not to notice any difference. 4/FIN

Hardest working seal on the planet imho: Arale-chan helped me sleep most of the night on my (right) side, without my left shoulder feeling like it might fall off. Approaching 9 weeks post-surgery.
