Trying not to gripe. I really miss my #SimpleBank account. They were sadly bought by @bbva and the transition was really bad. Then BBVA was bought by @PNCBank and this transition is even worse! Customer service for BBVA and PNC has been no help...and Monday is a banking holiday.
The employment of whoever made the decision to replace #simplebank with BBVA and now @PNCBank should be reevaluated...
✅ Lots of fees
✅ Fairly terrible transition
✅ Generally bad "award winning" UI/UX
How is any of this good for the customer? (hint: it isn't)
