I had a first-time customer yesterday say that they've used firms for countless years and our reports were the best they've ever seen. No typos, crisp, and great grammar. We stated our reports/deliverables, quality of work, our consultants, knowledge, expertise, and the customers experience is our product and what we spend a lot of time on that. Explained we have a project management team and PMs signed to each engagement as well as dedicated QA and technical report writers. We've also invested in dedicated programming resources for our internal tool that takes a lot of the burden off of consultants for writing reports and standardizes all of our templates as well as report generations without removing the flexibility and creativeness of the consultants. Once a report is done, it goes to peer review where other TS consultants and managers review the report for quality control, accuracy, and technical caliber of the report. After that, QA for review where the dedicated team reviews the reports for tonality, consistency, grammar, and completeness. Then, finally approved by the practice lead and released out to the customer. I firmly believe we have one of the most refined process in security consulting and one of the best and we keep making things better all of the time. We're currently undergoing a complete re-haul of all of our systems and instead of using separate tools for finance, marketing, QA, delivery, etc - we're unifying them all into one system which also helps us re-engage the customers and keep the service the absolute best you can. Being the best isn't good enough, we want to shatter what we did before. This team is truly the best out there and I am so fortunate to be working with them on a daily basis and thankful everyday. When Erin and I started this company 11 years ago, it was in the basement of my house and had no idea what it would be today. We aren't a small boutique anymore - yet we act fast and make changes swiftly to continue to improve and get better.
