@leoblas Remember the #Sjolander robo stamp on the alleged note w/o date or signature. I tried to depose this person & attorney in California sent letter opposing deposition to find when stamp was placed. Lost home after 7 years litigation. Thanks #BofA

I thought that would prove her robo affair but at trial it wasn't given any weight. 2nd DCA failed to read it too. Total disaster of a case. I should do a documentary about it.

They collected thru BofA since '05. MTG ASG has a NY legal desc. Home in FL. MTG ended up being xferd into US Bank trust in 2015 & 17. Fay servicing came after BofA. Lots of proof of fraud. 1/2

@SOS_Fraud @tuzedaze @realDonaldTrump @stevenmnuchin1 #BofA & #FannieMae stole my home maliciously using property data depicting a New York property description. I live in Florida. It also didn't matter that the alleged #Sjolander note endorsement came a year after lis pendens or that OC said #Fannie was never mentioned in complaint

@Jovonism @musser_benson @BankofAmerica #BofA collected MTG payments from me on behalf of foreclosing entity 2007 to 2010. Unfortunately, that entity failed to secure 2 robostamped blank #Sjolander endorsements until 2011. I want the $ back paid to BofA prior to the placement of blank endorsements authorizing 2010 suit
