An impaired driver was stopped by our @GMPSpecials driving this 🚗 on #SladeLane. He admitted failing to 🛑 at a accident earlier & gave a positive road side drugs sample. He was arrested by SC41835. The 🚗 was prohibited & driver reported for driving a 🚗 in this condition. GA

Also, why a safe crossing of #SladeLane is needed to connect from either Park Grove or the Crescent underpasses, to connect east/west: both sides of this junction have been driven into recently. Speed reduction and safe crossing needed.

Guess who’s back, back again... because parking on the road is too much for some. But seriously what is gained by doing this? The kerbside has no parking limitations and is an extra metre away? Meanwhile the pavement continues to be damaged #SladeLane

One of the things I’ve learnt from 10 years of living beside this 30mph road is road-signs don’t work. Esp. when the road design & layout subconsciously signifies put your foot down. Plus a new painted SLOW sign where taxis regularly park up makes this a LOW or OW sign #SladeLane
