@mrrobwilson @createstreets@adamtranter@awjre @Phil_PJA @bricycle Not seen a video/image but have seen it happening when visiting the Netherlands. They also fit temporary traffic signs on poles hammered into the ground by just lifting one brick, so you don't have a trip hazard for pedestrians.
@guyrleech@OxRdMcr@BeeNetwork@CllrTR@DameSarahStorey This part is the south end, by Whitworth Park: https://t.co/SlIW9hDnqo - strictly, it's a parallel cycle route at this exact point to pass the bus stops, before rejoining the road just after.
@BullingdonYob @guardianmoney Here to say exactly this. The small screens are not visible especially if the station is crowded. Scenes from last Christmas.
@ciardubhain_o@grescoe I think yours is a specific coach put on by Nolans / the ferry company which only goes to two stops. The other one which I caught is one of Dublin's standard public transport buses, so stops at all stops and uses the Leap card (if you have one!)
@Spelt_D_o_n_a_l@grescoe No, we got shepherded down a flight of stairs. Dublin at least you walk straight off, Holyhead you need to get on a bus from the car deck.
Hi @ManCityCouncil there's flowing clean water in cringle Park. Have reported to united utilities who say they have no pipe there so it's your responsibility?
Regret to inform everyone that this is still there, and it's invited a friend to the party. @ManCityCouncil can you please sort the drainage?! Oxford Road opposite Whitworth Park, southbound. Pics from last night.
Hey @ManCityCouncil could something be done about this massive drainage issue on the southbound cycle lane opposite Whitworth Park? It's a regular feature.
@MShiltonGodwin @ChorltonPkLab @ChorltonLabour Excellent news! I hope that makes the surface much smoother - the bit I tried out recently was so bumpy. Also hope they don't mess up the drainage as a result. Thanks for the hard work on this!
@BeeNetwork @kat_1701 Could they not move the barriers so that they still enable cycling please. It would only require moving them about a foot over or rotating 180 Deg.
@TfGMtruth @kat_1701 @BeeNetwork Or just shift it over a bit so it blocks the inner rail but leaves the footway to outer rail bit free? Doesn't help with police cars and ambulances though.
