Austria and UK have children online Act and different teams monitoring/policing online business beyond @UCC_Official alone . Any way I'm I'm glad to have participated in this 16th consumer communication parliment . I emphasised that as Uganda continues to strengthen online child safety, let’s create a digital environment where children learn, innovate and express themselves safely. Online grooming may begin with friendship but end in exploitation. Parents must build trust at home so children can report suspicious online interactions without fear. The blame lies with the exploiter, never the child.
