With #REF2021 results out, I do wonder how much decoupling of publications from individuals advocated by #SternReview contributed to the slashing of our pensions and real depreciation of earnings. In old system academics had bargaining power in REF run up. That was taken away.

The Government response to the #SternReview was the #ClimateChangeAct: domestic action on #ClimateChange. Its response to the #DasguptaReview starts with a promise on international biodiversity that HMG can't deliver. A better response would be to halt #nature's decline at home.
