It started with funding getting slashed.
It started with pay freezes for years.
It started with small conversations between educators that got bigger.
It started when we found our voice. #StillRedforEd

Large class sizes, especially with children who are younger/have higher needs, creates a learning environment that is unsafe & highly stressful/chaotic for both staff & students. All of this absolutely affects the quality of each child's education. This is why I'm #StillRedForEd
