The Zoning Board will be hearing ICC’s appeal, which shows that the Aries Application is of prohibited use because it processes SLUDGE. This means that it should be in front if the Zoning Board and NOT the Planning Board.

Aries's application for a sludge facility is on hold until June 10th, the day the Zoning Board is set to hear the appeal ICC filed. This appeal is for the prohibited use clause on Newark’s Zoning Ordinance.
