11yrs after Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 failed on Highly Protected #Marine Areas for England #HPMA another review comes along arguing the necessity of #strictprotection & #wholesiteapproach but only 5 pilot sites. What about Highly Protected #Terrestrial Areas for England?
