Think those daily irritations with others are just obstacles? They're actually mirrors. Research shows that our emotional triggers aren't random—they're roadmaps to self-awareness. When something bothers us about another person, it's often highlighting an unexamined part of ourselves. Jung called it projection; I call it accidental wisdom.
