This girl was the victim of ‘몰카,’ which means secretly filming a woman’s body, at the Nike store. She immediately reported it to the police, but the police scolded her. The officers kept sighing and giving her dirty looks. They said, “You are cooperating very well, but there is no evidence. You might even be accused of false charges.” However, CCTV footage shows that the only person guiding her back and forth in the changing room was a male manager. It would have been very simple for the police to check his phone, but they did not do even that and mocked her. In fact, women often experience such things. For example, there is a YouTuber called ‘Prison Guide’ who catches people secretly filming women’s bodies on the streets and reports them. Because he is male, when he reports, the police treat him very politely. But if an ordinary woman reports such an incident, police respond irritably, asking, “Do you have evidence? Are you sure? Is there CCTV?”
