I have received 120 testimonies by Surrey families, 650 nationwide of unlawful, harmful or unethical behaviour by local authorities on SEND. 2/3
"Mummy can I go rebound today or not"
1st thing my son said to me this morning, obviously woke feeling anxious if his favourite activity happening or not.
All because #Surrey still can't pay invoice on time @SCCLeader. #childisleftbehind #notok #surreyagain #Disability #sen
@LGOmbudsman is there a big backlog on complaints atm or any reason my complaint is still waiting to be allocated a month later 🤔 #complaints #surreyagain #education #send #disabilities
Tribunal 22 LA agree EHCP content, but now Sept 23 I'm being told PB going to panel in another 2 weeks....my child will just keep waiting then.....no not acceptable #childmattersreally #surreyagain #frustrated #ehcp #DisabilityTwitter
Really good question as no one seems to want or care to listen, a child saying to a sw 'I just want my life back' and still no activities put in place Surrey agreed to fund at tribunal in Nov. Abandoned not just left behind my son by Surrey #surreyagain #education
@childmatters2me I actually respect that professional for having the balls to admit the failing & hold the other professionals in the meeting to the same standard she is holding herself to. It doesn’t make up for the errors but it’s accountability & that’s vital! #SurreyAgain
@SurreyCouncil when I have a stage 2 complaint in with you around lack of EHCP therapies & poor communication it really isn’t acceptable to then make a time to ring me then not do so!😬1 thing #carers don’t have is time to waste hanging around! 🤦🏼♀️ #SEND @LGOmbudsman #SurreyAgain
@Beth_Tastic @SurreyCouncil @LGOmbudsman No speech therapy for around 15m now, meant to have weekly 🤷♀️ speech gone downhill so much, that even I'm struggling at times to understand him. #surreyagain #abandoned
#Surrey #SurreyAgain #SurreyNotSorry @ofsted any ideas on when you are next inspecting #SEND in @SurreyCouncil ??
Educational activities agreed at tribunal for EOTAS package.....6months later still not in place....apparently funding not agreed 🤔 the taxi to take him to said activities has though.....I have no words. #surreyagain #eotas #send #education #childleftbehind #frustrated

#SurreyAgain #SurreyNotSorry 😞 judging by the recent disclosure of LGO complaints upheld I would say there are likely lots of families being similarly let down BUT that doesn’t ever make it right!
How long does an urgent 30min extra pa funding take to be approved? Child late daily during SATS, raised to Director level still no answers #education #SATs #everychilddoesntmatter #funding #socialcare #surreyagain
#SurreyAgain #SurreyNotSorry & how many more parents haven’t got the capacity/ energy / time / brain space to take it to LGO!?
@miche2my @Beth_Tastic Same here but with EOTAS package, tribunal was Nov, now May and nothing in place. My son is years behind and desperately needed speech therapy etc not taking place 🤷♀️

Jesus Christ @SurreyCouncil 😳the tone of this is ALL wrong!🤦🏻♀️ mocking families is NOT how you build relationships 😬 that shouldn’t need explaining! #Gaslighting #Surrey #SurreyAgain #ServiceUser #Feedback #School #Transport #customerexperience #SEND
@Beth_Tastic @SurreyCouncil @ICOnews This seems to be a reoccurring issue with #SurreyAgain doesn’t it? @ICOnews
Desperate Surrey families in limbo trying to get SEN kids to school with transport pulled last minute - Surrey Live #SurreyAgain #Surrey #SEND #transport absolutely appalling this department don’t improve! @CWDF10 https://t.co/nlcVxuDkrc
Nail biting day watching the last @LGOmbudsman SEND complaints to be published this reporting year . Word on the street is that @SurreySENDLO will be worst in the Country but @suffolkcc are a close second. Can the underdogs snatch defeat in last second? https://t.co/Ssyq2PAPmS
