Just had an hour-and-a-half pair programming session with a core developer of #Puya porting a #TEALScript crowdfunding smart contract to Puya and I am very excited for Puya's future.
Whenever possible, Puya leverages native Python functionalities, making the syntax look familiar to Python devs.
For example, you can check if a local state for an account exists by doing:
`assert Transaction.sender() in self.donatorInfo`
It treats local state like Python dictionary and uses the `in` keyword to check if the account information exists.

Only 8 students won the hackathon.

@jacopo851 @algodevs What do you mean by "fully integrate"? Right now it is 100% TypeScript code that is written. The difference is that it's compiled to TEAL with tealscript vs JS with tsc. For instance you can use objects and if statements as one would expect (unlike PyTeal)
