■「課金」群組提供資源,比起太陽花更加去中心化
對於希望北上參加集會,卻無法負擔車資、住宿的學生族群,也有一批自稱為「課金阿嬤、阿公」的參與者提供協助。這個「課金」群組的發起人──41歲健身教練Lilian在集會前包了兩台遊覽車從台中北上,無償供80名中部學生前往立法院,接著「有意願贊助車票的人愈來愈多,甚至有『阿嬤』幫從離島、國外回來的學生買機票」,Lilian也因此被眾人稱為「阿奏」(阿祖、a-tsóo)。
這些提供資源者不在乎學生的背景和政治傾向,只要確認年滿18歲、並非假帳號即可。Lilian形容,媒合學生和贊助者的過程就像網拍代購,「一有學生的需求丟上去,大家就搶著要幫忙。」截至28日下午3點為止,該群組成員已高達1,109人,她還另外為旅居海外的「阿嬤、阿公」開設新群組,人數也破百。
Lillian曾旅居北京,親身體驗過當地人如何對威權噤聲,因此長年對民主議題抱持關注。10年前她因懷孕無法前往太陽花現場,「以前會覺得,好像我不用親自參加也沒關係」,如今她用另一種方式支持社運。
另一位「課金阿嬤」蔡宜茹(化名)未加入該群組,但她直接用Threads搜尋需要幫忙的學生,為他們提供借宿。24日集會後,一位擔任活動志工的桃園女學生因跨夜無車可回,蔡宜茹便在得知需求後主動聯繫對方,「她半夜2點才到,我們只有簡單寒暄,聊一下我養的貓」,隔天一早,這名學生就離開了,蔡宜茹始終未多問她的姓名、年齡。
課金(かきん)一詞來自日文,在當代意指「在遊戲中購買虛擬道具、角色」,是電玩討論版上的常見詞彙,現場群眾的手舉牌也大量運用網路梗圖、動漫文化;此外,自5月17日首場集會起,現場NGO便為家長提供親子帳篷,民眾捐贈的物資中也包含各類生理用品,當現場有志願者上台宣講,卻使用侮辱他人、性別歧視相關的髒話時,台下群眾甚至會給予噓聲,皆成為青鳥行動的一大特徵。
青鳥行動能否與太陽花比較?長期研究社會運動的台大社會系教授何明修指出,本次抗爭和太陽花運動有很大不同,太陽花參與者有75%是30歲以下,近期何明修也在立法院外隨機抽樣訪查,目前訪問近400人中,初步統計只有四分之一是學生。他認為,太陽花占領立法院前靠著一波波的抗爭累積社運能量,但這次很明顯,學生這一塊消失了,不再是領導者地位。
何明修觀察,從上週五立法院外場有好幾個不同的舞台、發言台可以看出,少了10年前的孤島效應,這次反擴權運動比起太陽花更加去中心化。「公民社會已經歸隊了,」他指出,這幾次的動員集結速度相當快,但仍有隱憂,因為太陽花運動是要對抗執政黨,這次卻是要抗議在野黨,「找不到施力點,有點奇怪。」
至於後續發展,何明修認為,接下來4年「朝小野大」時期的社運動向,將比過去蔡政府8年完全執政期間更難以預測。
