Under #Target3 (#30×30) of the Kunming–Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, countries are scaling up protected and conserved areas to safeguard biodiversity and strengthen climate resilience. Across 24 countries in Eastern and Southern Africa, we work to ensure forests, biodiversity, and seascape ecosystems are sustainably managed by providing improved, regular, and up-to-date information for informed decision-making and long-term ecosystem services that support community well-being.
