Quick nugget, just my opinion 🧠 Obviously everyone reads games differently but for me it’s 75% eye test and 25% analytics. I watch a ton of film and analyze matchups while doing so. I think you can easily tell when someone is a “box score watcher”. Which is my issue with basing plays/slips on stats & analytics. Analytics has no context that comes with it …..you’ll never know that Dame is getting blitz at half and that’s why he’s not having a high volume of fga by look at the box score. Or maybe he had 3 quick fouls and never could get into rhythm of the game. You can’t know that by analytics. When the analytics backs up what I see from reading the game or film. That’s what makes me love the read even more.

If the #Falcons actually cared about #TeamAnalytics then they'd know entering today's game 23 of the Jets 44 total points scored (52.2%) have come in the 4th quarter and they are keeping this game dangerously close for a comeback.
