Literally opened up a W3schools TryIt Editor, copied my script into the tag, and adjusted the font and scrollamount (the speed), and BAM! Instant teleprompter!
Always delete inactive or unused plugins. They may be disabled, but they can still slow down or crash your website (seriously).

The email account provided by your hosting company is not an acceptable option for a professional email. IME hosting companies cannot be trusted to provide reliable service.
Instead, you should use Gmail or a paid service like G Suite.

Mailing list services want you to have an #email account tied to a domain you control EX: (your website). This can cost you $60 a year, just to send newsletters, but I know of a #free alternative. Zoho can host your email account, and it has a free service tier. #TechForAuthors
If your website is telling you to #update #PHP but not how to do that, here's a trick I learned.
If you Google "PHP update" + your hosting company's name, you will usually find instructions on how to do this, and a link to the relevant settings menu. #techforauthors
Browser extensions like Fireshot are a great way to take a screensnap of an web page. It will capture the entire page (all the way to the bottom, even if it is off the bottom of the screen) and give you the option of saving it as an image, or emailing it, etc.

My secret trick to learning new tech is to give up a bunch of times.
Seriously, if I am stumped by a project, I give up and go do something else. Then I come back the next day and try again. Eventually I work my way through the problem and learn something new.
