Formula One, F1 Las Vegas, is less than three weeks away and tickets are now being sold at nearly half the price of face value. This is in stark contrast to last year where tickets sold out in minutes. The race has been mired in controversy with Vegas locals calling for it to be cancelled amid construction woes, traffic, unapproachable prices and little to no economic impact for anyone aside from the major resort hotels. Is this an indication that F1 is headed for failure in year 2 or just a sign of the natural market correction in pricing for what will be an amazing race? Formula One has a long ways to go before it wins the hearts and minds of Vegas locals, but the economic boost is undeniably strong in a historically slow time of year otherwise. #vegas #lasvegas #vegasstarfish #f1 #formulaone #f1vegas #formulaonevegas #vegasrace #thingstodoinvegas #vegasexperience #vegasracing #vegasevents #vegasvacation #vegastourist #vegaslocal #vegasnews #vegastravel #vegasgrandprix #grandprix

Yes, you read it right. I see too many people on Linkedin (an other platforms) who are only pretending to care about their connexions, while their only intention is to sell their product. That's called being an hypocrite... James: "Hi Marc, I am so happy to be connected! I see we both like cats and donuts. How crazy is that ?" 2 minutes later... James: Oh by the way, I see you are a coach. I have the perfect software for you, check it out on my website. Me: That's very kind of you but I don't need this kind of services right now. Thank you. Suddenly, something crazy happen...no more nice talk, no more jokes, nothing. The conversation stops and James never talks to me again. Why ? Because James was only pretending to care about me. He never had the intention to really get to know me. He just wanted to sell his software. Spoiler alert, most people can see through it... The truth is, I don't blame him. However, instead go straight to the point or genuinely care about someone and don't push your product. There's nothing wrong about trying to sell your services. We all need to pay our bills. Be honest about your intentions and don't pretend to care if it's not genuine. "Fake Nice" people are not taken seriously. We've all been guilty of it at some point in our lives. It could be one of the reasons why you are struggling to get more leads/customers. Have an amazing day Love Marc
