@Cardiffbus The driver of the No. 96 (bus No. 392) is a great asset to your team. He was welcoming when getting on the bus & wishing every person getting off a happy new year. Nice to see great customer service even during this busy time of year which can be tough. #thanksdrive

I usually rant about the appalling service from @FirstBSA but today’s bus was on time and our driver was very helpful in choosing the best ticket for myself and 12 teens to get into Bristol. #ThanksDrive 👍🏻
