@PedalandPost The number of bikes parked at Waterloo Station leapt significantly (c.1000%?) when #TheDrain closed for 6 months, & the growth (to 25% of peak hour vehicle count) of cycle traffic SE1-EC1 forced TfL to deliver proper cycle lanes on Blackfriars Bridge (its now 50+%)
