“The Good Part” by AJR is one of their most emotionally honest songs — and one of the most relatable.

God is not wasting the delay.
He’s building the version of you that
can actually handle the future He’s preparing.

Jesus responds:

“I am with you always.”
The “good part” isn’t a future moment.
The good part is His presence with you right now.
Purpose isn’t later —
purpose is here.
People don’t need to skip to the good part —
they need eyes to recognize that God is already working
in the part they wish they could fast-forward through.
