Being pregnant is not a disease and sepsis most likely only occur with a dead fetus in which case that wouldn't be considered an abortion.

Seeing as most recent violators are ppl trying to vote for Trump, but the only ppl y’all wanna prosecute are minorities like Crystal Mason, who unknowingly voted illegally, I seriously doubt @TexasGOP really gives a rat’s ass about “election integrity”. #ThisIsTheGOP
The very last item of the long 2024 RPT Platform and Resolutions list that the #RPTStateConvention delegates will be voting on today is Resolution 7. It is designed to insure that election cheaters in the big counties of Texas know that they will be prosecuted in Texas in 2024. If passed, it is designed to pass a bill by
@SenBryanHughes in a June special session that will create a State Prosecutor Office under the Texas Supreme Court (See 88th SB 1927 or HB 4026 by @RepSchofield ).
It reads:
RESOLVED that the Republican Party of Texas calls upon Governor Abbott to call a special session in June, 2024 to increase election integrity. Specifically, the call should include the following:
ELECTION INTEGRITY ENFORCEMENT: Legislation to implement independent state level prosecution of election integrity, abortion, human smuggling, sedition, and riot in response to and in compliance with the CCA State v Stephens
ENSURING THAT ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE NOT VOTING IN TEXAS: Legislation to require proof of citizenship for new voter registration and a thorough review of existing voter rolls to identify and remove illegal aliens, other non-citizens, those with unauthorized non-residential addresses, and long-time inactive from the voter rolls.
I don't think @GregAbbott_TX or @DanPatrick want to look @realDonaldTrump or @SenTedCruz in the eye and tell them that they had a chance to enforce election law during the 2024 general election in the big counties of Texas and failed to do so.
