It's great to see @Ofwat considering relaxing charging rules to allow for more #Innovation with #WaterTariffs. I'm brought back to discussions at the #TipTopTariffs sprint at @NorthumbrianH2O #InnovationFestival21 when our sprint team generated 21 ideas... so many possibilities!

Day 4 of #TipTopTariffs at @NorthumbrianH2O #InnovationFestival21 and we've just sent three of our sprint team to the @ExplainMR Fan Zone to test our new tariff ideas! Exciting stuff!

We've managed to generate 22 ideas, took 4 ideas to concept stage, and are moving 3 through to the prototype stage...
Day 2 of #TipTopTariffs at @NorthumbrianH2O #InnovationFestival21 and we're already into an in-depth conversation about what #SmartWaterMeters might allow us to do, and have heard some customer billing insights from @word_nerdy to tell us what customers are talking about online!
@NorthumbrianH2O #InnovationFestival21 is officially underway! I can't wait to meet our #TipTopTariffs sprint team at 10am and to work for the next 4 days to redesign water tariffs to address some of the key challenges water customers face. Exciting stuff!!
