Very heavy snow in Port Huron, looking out the window towards Sarnia, Ont. Non-pavement has 2+ inches and climbing. Roads are a mess. Pretty snow, at least. @NWSDetroit @GrossWeather @Local4News #TrainedWeatherSpotter

@NWSDetroit Port Huron - really tough to gauge due to wind, but 1.5-2.5 inches would be a safe bet. Very heavy wind with solid drifting for such minimal snow. I am a #TrainedWeatherSpotter

A hair over an inch in Port Huron… roughly 45-50 minute duration. Wind was gusty in beginning, quickly dissipated. Can we turn the rain switch off? #TrainedWeatherSpotter @NWSDetroit @GrossWeather @rexroth7wxyz

Visbility is less than a 1/4 mile along the St. Clair River in Port Huron, St. Clair County. Heavy, dense fog tonight! Loving the warm temperature, though. Currently 49° #TrainedWeatherSpotter @NWSDetroit @PGLocal4 @rexroth7wxyz

Emptied 1.70 inches of rain from my rain gauge earlier today. Located on south end of Port Huron. That was rain from yesterday. Very solid rain occurring right now. #TrainedWeatherSpotter @NWSDetroit @PGLocal4 @rexroth7wxyz

South end of Port Huron, St. Clair River had to have risen 1.5-2 feet within a matter for 10 minutes. Ironically, the south wind was gone, and no wind nor any other weather has occurred yet. Possible meteotsunami in Lake Huron? #TrainedWeatherSpotter @NWSDetroit @PGLocal4

I do not have official numbers, but the temp just dropped at least 10°, if not more, in Port Huron. Watched the wind come off of Lake Huron via the St. Clair River - can you bring summer back? @NWSDetroit #TrainedWeatherSpotter
